D & S Industries is proud to announce that our Gallatin, TN project will commence August 2020. The project will consist of two development sites on 11 acres. The first will be operational 2021 and feature over 80,000 sq ft for a state-of-the-art specialized industrial manufacturer.

 

The second site is shovel ready for a build to suit tenant. 40-50,000 sq ft.
